I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Nepal Pavilion Inn, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was met with warmth, hospitality, and an ambiance that truly made my stay memorable. The Nepal Pavilion Inn is a hidden gem in the heart of Nepal, and it offers a unique blend of comfort and culture. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the decor tastefully incorporated traditional Nepalese elements, giving guests a genuine taste of the local culture. The attention to detail in the design of each room truly stood out. The highlight of my stay, however, was the owner. His commitment to ensuring his guests have an exceptional experience is evident in every aspect of the hotel. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, providing valuable insights into the local attractions, and even taking the time to personally engage in friendly conversations with guests. The restaurant at Nepal Pavilion Inn is another testament to its excellence. The traditional Nepalese dishes were prepared to perfection, and the flavors were an absolute delight. I appreciated that they also offered a variety of international dishes for those with diverse tastes. The staff at the Nepal Pavilion Inn are equally remarkable. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Their genuine smiles and willingness to ensure a comfortable stay were much appreciated. The location of the hotel is convenient for exploring the beautiful city of Nepal, with many attractions and markets within walking distance. Whether it's the bustling streets or serene temples, you are never far from the heart of Nepal's culture and heritage. I highly recommend the Nepal Pavilion Inn to anyone looking for a wonderful and culturally enriching stay.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help me on several occasions. A couple examples - - helping us with understanding taxis and some local politeness/respect nuances we'd have missed without talking to someone first. - extending my check-out at relatively short notice when I discovered my flight was delayed by a day - helping us figure out some details of our itinerary the guidebooks don't include (e.g. walking times and typical time people spend at sites). The food served in the upstairs restaurant is of good quality. I particularly loved the Dal Bhat Thali! The art and wood architecture in the hotel itself is striking. The location is central, which is ideal if you enjoy walking through cities. Landmarks such as Swyambhunath, Patan Durbar Square, Kathmandu Durbar Square, are all inside 60mins walk. Pashupatinath, and Boudhanath are 90mins. Each journey offers a different aspect of the city through bazaars, main roads, tiny alleys leading into squares, winding hills, and all sorts of architecture.

I've been in Nepal, Kathmandu many times, but in the end I settled on this hotel which is charmingly decorated with Nepalese antiques. Advantages are the following: First of all you stay in the heart of the city and all sightseeing and attractions are at equal distances. Second, and it's very important thing is that this hotel has very hot water 24/7. Most of the time rooms air conditioning equipped. Third, last but not least, the family runs the business is extremely sweet and helpful, any kind of assistance, advise and support will be provided immediately, they can organise transfer, taxi, bus tickets and trekking services, - you don't need to seek around. And of cause I fall in love with a roof top area, where you could have in a daily basis breakfast or lunch or dinner Conclusions. I highly recommend Nepal Pavillion, and one of reason because living here is much cheaper than the average in Thamel, Kathmandu.

this hotel has a unique touch and a soul. the vibes are just amazing at this cost. its warm but awe-striking.🚦 (you don't need AC in kathmandu even during summers so don't swipe left on this hotel because of it) 1) ofc the basics were great. room types, size and space efficient, super clean, geyser and other necessities were available. 2) the attending staff/owners were cherry on the tp. the hotel is full of real antique collection and different types of art styles... they are really passionate about collecting and oreserving art and antique... which so evident and radiating and you'll love it if you have a thing of art, culture, community and spirituality. they have good knowledge and will help you with your museum trip and to their collection at their home too 3) if i could... id pay people to visit this place and meet the enthusiastic staff 🧡
